✦ All rates are in US dollars and exclude the per-stay fee of $50 for damage protection.
✦ Rates are valid for up to six people (our maximum occupancy). Please contact us before booking if you have children under the age of five in your group.
✦ We require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days before check-in date.
✦ Cancellation: Cancel at least 60 days before check-in date, receive 100% refund of the amount paid. No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in date.
✦ Amateur radio operators: The cost of the radio station rental is not included in the rates shown.
