✦ Rates are in $US.

✦ Our maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must sleep in a bed.

✦ The rates shown on the calendar do not cover our maximum occupancy.

✦ Put your dates and number of guests in the “Get Quote/Inquire” section to get the minimum stay and rates for a particular stay.

✦ All rates exclude the $50 per-stay damage protection fee.

✦ Our home is not a good fit for most children under the age of five. Contact us for details.

✦ Payment: 50% at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days before check-in.

✦ Cancellation: 100% refund of payments made if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in; no refund after that.

✦  Amateur radio operators: The cost of the radio station rental is not included in the rates shown.
