✦ Our maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must sleep in a bed.

✦ Our home is not a good fit for most children under the age of five. Contact us for details.

✦ We have a minimum stay requirement that varies based on check-in date.

✦ The rates shown on the calendar are in US$ and are our base rates. They exclude: any applicable extra-person fees, the one-time $50 damage protection fee, and the St Lucia Tourism Levy.

✦ To get the minimum stay requirement and all-in rates for a particular stay, put your dates and number of guests in the “Get Quote/Inquire” section.

✦ Payment: 50% at the time of booking with the balance due 60 days before check-in.

✦ Cancellation: 100% refund of payments made if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in; no refund after that.

✦  Amateur radio operators: The cost of the radio station rental is not included in the rates shown.
